She arranged for us to see every single house we wanted, even while on vacation, she is still there. She touched base with us after each one so she knew our likes and dislikes. She would point things out to us that she noticed, that we did not. Even mentioned things such as when we would have replace a roof or AC unit so we would know those things would happen sooner than later. Being military, our child had to come to open houses and closing. Mrs. Tina Maples was wonderful to work with. As first time buyers, she not only answered every single question we had without making us feeling ridiculous, she educated us during the entire process. She arranged for us to see every single house we wanted, even while on vacation, she is still there. She touched base with us after each one so she knew our likes and dislikes. She would point things out to us that she noticed, that we did not. Even mentioned things such as when we would have replace a roof or AC unit so we would know those things would happen sooner than later. Being military, our child had to come to open houses and closing. She was there to pay attention and asked questions, but also there to help chat with him to make sure we were able to listening and look. The first walk through we kept him at home, and Tina pointed all the things out with my husband. She made sure she was my extra eyes, and sent pictures. Days we couldn’t go look at homes, she did, and sent us videos so we could see and decide if we wanted to make an appt to see them. Again, she is with you through it all! She’s fast in this crazy market! We knew she had our backs the entire time and it wasn’t just about a selling to us, it was for her to truly find our home without pressure. We were never pressured and could speak up 100% to her. We are thankful for her wisdom, knowledge, willingness and hard work ethic to get us into our first home.

She went out of her way to look at houses for us and video called us for every single one. She knew exactly what we were looking for (and I had a list of “must haves” so I know that made it more difficult). Once we were under contract in this crazy, crazy market... she went above and beyond to make sure we got the sale on our home!
